My friend and co-host, Mark, shared a formula he learned from his daughter’s pediatrician about good health for kids.
It’s 10-5-2-1-0. When you say it out loud, it’s TEN-FIVE-TWO-TEN. It stands for
10 hours of sleep
5 fruits and veggies
2 hours of screen time
1 hour of exercise
0 sugary drinks
I love this! Currently trying to put it into action in our house. So, I came up with my own formulas for life too. Thoughts?
